CANCELLATION, REFUND & RESCHEDULING POLICY

This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and no-shows for consultations and beauty services booked with glam DO – Make-up by Narmada (“we”, “us”, “our”).
The glam-DO website and Services are operated by Dharaa Odyssey for the glam-DO brand.
By booking an appointment or consultation with us, you agree to this Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
SECTION 1 – GENERAL POLICY
All services offered by Glam-DO are personalized beauty services, including consultations, makeup, hairstyling, and nail services. Due to the nature of these services, all bookings are subject to the terms below.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, payments made toward services are non-refundable.
SECTION 2 – CONSULTATIONS
Free consultations are non-chargeable and do not involve any makeup application.
Paid consultations (if applicable) are non-refundable once completed.
Missing a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.
SECTION 3 – ADVANCE PAYMENTS & CONFIRMATION
Certain services (including bridal and event makeup) require an advance payment to confirm the booking.
Advance payments secure your date, time slot, and preparation resources.
Once paid, advance amounts are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated below.
SECTION 4 – CANCELLATIONS
Client-initiated cancellations:
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp.
If a cancellation is made within the permitted notice period (if specified at booking), rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations once the booking is confirmed.
Late cancellations:
Cancellations made close to the appointment time may result in forfeiture of the advance payment and may restrict future bookings.
SECTION 5 – RESCHEDULING
One-time rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability and prior notice.
Repeated rescheduling requests may be declined.
Bridal bookings may have limited rescheduling flexibility due to date blocking.
SECTION 6 – NO-SHOW POLICY
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
SECTION 7 – SERVICE DISSATISFACTION
Makeup and beauty services are subjective and depend on skin type, preferences, lighting, and environmental factors.
Any concerns must be raised during the appointment, allowing reasonable opportunity for adjustments.
Requests for refunds after service completion based on dissatisfaction are not accepted.
SECTION 8 – EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Refunds or partial refunds may be considered only at our discretion in rare situations such as:
Service cancellation initiated by Glam-DO
Medical emergencies supported by valid documentation
Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method, within a reasonable processing time.
SECTION 9 – PRODUCTS (IF APPLICABLE)
If retail products are sold separately (e.g., skincare or accessories):
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Customized or hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable
SECTION 10 – DAMAGES & ISSUES
If a product (where applicable) is received damaged or incorrect, notify us immediately upon receipt with supporting images so we can assess and resolve the issue.
